There's a good reason why Britney Spears isn't smiling in the
just-unveiled cover art for her new single, "Work Bitch" — she looks
kinda ridiculous. Ridiculous and hot. But oh my goodness, the feathers.
Spears unveiled the artwork via Twitter on Thursday, writing, "4 days people! Go call the Po-Lice! Go call the Governor!"
In the photo, a jaded-looking Spears stands before a Las Vegas dressing room table in a sparkly leotard, a pair of blue feathered NFL-size shoulder pads perfectly framing her most luxurious wig. It's hard to tell if she's going for "fierce" or "bored," exactly, but she does look good.
"Work Bitch" drops Monday, September 16 at 6 p.m. ET on iHeartRadio.
