AEG Live scoffs at damage claim by Jackson family

The lead attorney for AEG Live, the company owned by Denver financier Philip Anschutz, says the $1.5 billion Michael Jackson's family wants in damages is "ridiculous," the Los Angeles Times reports.


Jackson's family sued AEG Live, which was preparing to launch a comeback tour for the singer before his death in 2009. The months-long trial is expected to be given to the jury today. Continue reading
