Jay Z** will kick off the North American leg of his massive “Magna Carter World Tour” on November 30th in St. Paul, Minnesota, a 34-date trek in support of his latest album, Magna Carta Holy Grail.
General sale for tickets will begin on September 12th starting at 10 a.m., and will be available through Live Nation and Ticketmaster. For the tour dates click here
